Every now and again it is good to shake things up a little and try out a look that will make people sit up and take notice of you and how you are looking. This might be for a one off party or as a way to look different from the crowd, it really is up to you. One way to do this that is fast becoming very popular is to wear a pair of crazy colored contact lens.  This has become a bigger and bigger over the past five to ten years.  Obviously we all remember the band Limp Bizkit and the band member that has his eyes blacked out.  From that point on people began running around searching high and low for blacked out contact lenses and other crazy colored contact lenses.  Right now in China it has become a huge growing fad for many of the young adults to go out and get the blacked out contact lenses because it makes their eyes appear larger.  You will also find in many movies, music videos and special effects shows that crazy colored contact lenses have begun to take center stage, changing an average person into something and someone quite different. 

Crazy colored contact lens come in pairs and can be worn together or singly (depending on how you are feeling and what kind of crazy look you are hoping to achieve). They come in a whole range of crazy colors and patterns and there are more being created every week. These can range from really striking colors to animal eyes and glow in the dark lenses. In fact these lenses have come a long way from the days when colored contact lenses just came in blue, brown, grey or hazel and worn purely to enhance or alter the natural color of the eyes.  These are generally easy to find, typically you will find them online, you may be able to find them at more expansive costumer stores but your best bet is to go online and search.  Now for those of you who do not wear glasses or contacts this will be easy to receive since you will just be getting the colored contact with no special modifications.  For those of you who wear perscription glasses this may be a bit harder.  You will need to obviously give your perscription online, which is not a problem, but they will need a release form from your eye doctor allowing them to make you these contacts, just for any liability charges. 

Now with crazy colored contact lens pairs the sky is really the limit when it comes to looking different and adventurous. You can really create a crazy look that no one will have ever seen before just by adding a pair of contact lenses. The eyes can tell a lot about a person and by adding a crazy colored contact lens or two (depending on just how crazy you are feeling!) you can really make an impression on those around you. 

One good way to wear a pair of crazy colored contact lens is to use them for dramatic effect for a costume. This can turn a run of the mill fancy dress outfit into something that looks as though it has been created by a special effects team. No one will be able to believe their eyes when you wear crazy colored contact lens to their party and you will have people queuing up to ask you where you got them from.  I had a friend who wanted to go dressed as a vampire for last Halloween.  He was trying to figure out what to wear, he didn't want to go in the stereotypical cape and top hat outfit, he wanted to do something more low key and slightly sinister.  So he pulled together a day to day outift that was slight done up, but he felt like he was missing something.  So he began to shop online and he stumbled across these crazy contact lenses.  He found a pair of iced blue contact lenses and he knew those were the ones.  He received them in the mail and wore them out for Halloween.  He got an overwhelming amount of reactions.  People were freaked out!  They were so shocked by the difference in what he normally looked like to what he looked like with those contact lenses they could not believe it!  Needless to say, that was his best Halloween costume yet!

Another fun way to use them is if you like to go to night clubs or music festivals. Here a pair of crazy colored contact lenses that glow up in the dark or under a black light will look stunning. Your eyes will emit a glow that really has to been to be believed and you will have plenty of people staring at you and wondering how you managed to get your eyes to glow.  

As well as looking amazing crazy colored contact lens pairs are also great for creating a look that is not permanent. Rather than having to alter or modify your body with piercings or tattoos you can use contact lenses for just one night and go back to your regular look the day after. Or if you wish you can use them more often, the choice is down you. It doesn’t matter what look you are wanting to achieve you can do so with a pair of crazy colored contact lenses.
